Local girls' football
THE Ashton Keynes girls’ U12s team completed a Wiltshire Girls & Ladies League and Cup double on Sunday with a 4-2 win over Chippenham.

The game was played at Stanley Park, Chippenham in dry but very windy conditions and in spite of this both teams contributed to an excellent game.
Ashton Keynes had already won their league some weeks earlier and with goals from Poppy Romback (3) and Becky Wilkins they clinched the double with a great all-round team performance.
