AS THE Youth league games draw to a conclusion Purton teams continue to do well.
PURTON YOUTH ROUND-UP
The U10s lost their local derby match 2-0 against Shaw who will win
the league, with Purton finishing as runners-up.
The U15s, with one game remaining, need a win to secure top slot.
The U16s have won their league so congratulations to Jim Miller and
his lads for an excellent season.
The U18s (Red) beat Croft Juniors 4-3 and look likely to take the
runners-up slot in their league.
Two wins on the trot have put Purton U18s (White) into mid-table. The wins
came against Old Town United 5-1, with strikes by Matty Rutland, Micky Cowan,
Nick Crawford, Jack Goss and Will Heather, and 4-1 over Blunsdon
Amber, with Rutland (2), Heather and Cowan netting.
