DOUBLE Olympic champion cyclist Ed Clancy, whose family live in Tetbury, will be one of the big names taking to the streets during Cycle Wiltshire this weekend (May 3 and 4).

The event is a chance for people to take to the road on their bikes, as well as experiencing the excitement and thrill of top-class cycling in their local community.

The Cycle Wiltshire Grand Prix on May 4 – the second race in the British Cycling Elite Road Racing Series – allows fans to watch some of the best cyclists in the world up close, and that includes double Olympic champion Clancy riding for Rapha Condor JLT.

The Cycle Wiltshire Grand Prix starts in Wilton Market Place at 11am and takes in 100 miles of beautiful and challenging Wiltshire countryside.
