EVE ALDER, of Cirencester CC, has starred in two recent friendlies for the Gloucestershire U15 and U17s sides which both resulted in 108-run victories.
U15s girls' captain Alder hit 17 in an opening stand of 79 with Alice Hill as Gloucestershire raced to 201-8 against Worcestershire at Moreton-in-Marsh.
Then Eve bowled Worcestershire opener Catherine Vose for 1 before completing figures of 3-4 as the visitors were dismissed for 93.
Eve, a member of the county's Emerging Players Programme, then took 2-14 for the U17 women's side in their match against Worcestershire at Pedmore CC.
Gloucestershire scored 196 all out in 38 overs and then skittled out Worcestershire for just 88.
