Dodd headed up Division Two with an impressive 43 points. A very good outward nine was topped up by his back nine in which pars and a handy birdie on the 16th took him clear of the field.
His inevitable handicap adjustment may not stop him capturing more rewards this coming year.
Ian Allan and John Canty both scored 40 points and were placed second and third in Division Two.
Dave Jones, who plays off a nine handicap, topped Division One. He had three birdies on his way out and also came back solidly to get 39 points.
Robert Tweedale was at his best on the front nine and finished runner-up with 38 points.
Pat Waldron and Ken Mills took third and fourth with 37 points.
