UNBEATEN Manchester Phoenix maintained their place at the top of the table with a 4-0 victory at the Wildcats on Saturday.
They were ahead just six minutes into the night's action when Tony Hand broke the deadlock.
Michal Psurny then made it two shortly after thanks to a fine pass from Liam Chong.
Robert Schnabel's slapshot made it 3-0 in the second period despite some tight defensive play from both sides, while the Wildcats hit the post on several occasions.
Halfway through the third period, defence man Frantisek Bakrlik made it 4-0 for his side with a shot into the top corner.
