Cheltenham League Div 1.

Kings FC 2 Bibury FC 9.

IN AN explosive start to the game, Bibury scored twice and had goalkeeper Steve Luce sent off in the opening seven minutes.

Good work from Wyman and Rockley had set up James Keylock to score the first goal and, two minutes later, Josh Russell played in Darren Parker to score after a move involving 15 passes.

From the kick-off, Kings had a chance to score but keeper Luce produced a top class save. However, a minute later, a sloppy back pass left Luce exposed in a one-on-one and he was sent off after fouling the Kings forward.

From the resulting penalty, Kings pulled a goal back.

Midway through the half, Bibury scored a third via Parker and minutes later Rockley hit a post with a rare header.

Just before half-time, Rockley was fouled in the penalty area and Parker converted for his hat-trick to take the score to 4-1.

Ten minutes in to the second period, Bibury scored a fifth; good work from Kanne Outram found Harry Deacon, who beat a defender and fired a shot past the keeper. On the hour mark, Kings were also reduced to ten men after one of their players picked up a second yellow card.

Bibury's sixth goal came from the penalty spot with Rockley converting after Chris Haynes had been brought down.

Soon afterwards, Kings scored a second goal, although Bibury continued to have chance after chance.

Rockley scored number seven (and his second) after good work from Russell and Haynes then scored his first goal for Bibury after an Outram shot was saved.

Right on full time, Rockley completed his hat-trick after being played in by Haynes.
