CIRENCESTER Kingshill School is set to become a house of fun.

Students will be performing ‘Our House,’a fast paced, musical with music and lyrics by Madness and a play by Tim Firth.

Our House features 300 students and includes many of the well loved Madness hits such as Baggy Trousers, Our House, It Must Be Love and Driving In My Car.

The musical is set in Camden Town in the mid 80s and tells the story of parallel lives, love and relationships and good versus evil.

The protagonist Joe Casey shows off a new luxury apartment to girlfriend Sarah on his 16th birthday - but when he has to break in he runs into trouble with the law.

A spokesman for the school said: “This whole school production will make you want to sing, laugh and cry.

“With superb performances from our cast and band - we are sure you will be dancing in the aisles by the uplifting ending.”

There will be performances of the show at the school tomorrow at 7.30pm, Friday at 7.30pm and Saturday at 2.00pm.

Tickets are available from the School Bank at Cirencester Kingshill School on Kingshill Lane.
