Serve Cirencester youngsters non-alcoholic drinks

I AM a very senior citizen and I have a dream!

Sometime ago I caught a brief glimpse on TV of the Duchess of Cambridge, in an unofficial capacity, visiting a recently opened pub in Liverpool, called The Brink, where only non-alcoholic drinks are served. It appeared to be full of young people.

My dream is something similar, especially for young people in Cirencester.

Those who follow the alcoholic road are well catered for but there must be many young people in Cirencester who would value a central venue in which to meet with friends and enjoy a drink and activities together.

Is there anyone in Cirencester who shares my dream? Could it become a reality? If so, how?
