Well done Cirencester for Olympic flame support

WHAT a difference! In 1948 I got up at 4am and cycled ten miles over the North Downs in Surrey, falling off my bike going down one steep hill and at the route there were barely a dozen other people to cheer the runner on. Yesterday, I sat in my garden chair on the pavement surrounded by a crowd of happy cheering people. Well done Cirencester for your support for the Olympic flame.
