Well done to Cotswold Volunteer Charity Shop in Lechlade.

MY WIFE and I are staying with my daughter and family and we went to Lechlade to have a walk and visit the shops.
I hate shopping because I do not enjoy the experience except at the Cotswold Volunteer Charity Shop in Lechlade.
My little grand-daughter wanted a book. The young man who served her could not have taken more time to make sure her choice was suitable. He even read to her parts of the books he had selected for her.
It was not only pleasurable to see excellent service but also in one so young.
We will be visiting this shop again. Thank you for restoring my faith in young people.
