RICHARD C Lord from Compton Abdale sent us in the above images in response to last week’s Nostalgia article.
The story was about the re-opening of Rendcomb’s airfield in 1991 as a base for vintage aircraft.
He took the photographs at the open day airshow.
“It was a very enjoyable event,” he said. “Sadly, I do not recall it being repeated in subsequent years.”
