WHAT a dreadful fuss Ms Keen made over the dog bite she received, that might have been her fault in the first place.
When a dog is being barked at, it can perceive that as a threat. The person with the dog could have been perceived like that as well.
When Ms Keen put her hand towards the dog it might have thought it was being attacked. A dog has two forms of defence, to run or to defend itself.
In this case the dog was on a lead, so it defended itself, hence the bite.
