READER'S LETTER: What sound pollution?
I HAVE just read the article regarding the new 24-hour gym which could be opening soon.
As you may or may not know, Active4Less on Dyer Street is closing on July 26.
Many members are reluctantly going to join the leisure centre gym, as there aren’t any other options.
It is seen as quite a significant downgrade for many members (regarding the type of equipment and environment).
It is very frustrating to hear the complaints of local residents regarding sound pollution, as the closest residents are not even close!
I hope the ‘change of use’ is successful and I look forward to a follow-up article.
