AS MANY readers will know, three local councillors, Roly Hughes, Jenny Hincks and Ray Brassington are banned from voting when the Cotswold District Council meet to consider the Bathurst Development Ltd application to build 2,350 houses on the Greenfield site, still known locally as Chesterton Farm.
A special CDC meeting will be held in the summer of 2017. If three local councillors aren’t allowed to vote, which councillors can vote? May we know their names and which wards represented?
When the CDC votes, will enough councillors be present to make up a quorum?
