COTSWOLD District Council has decided that councillors representing Chesterton, Four Acres and Watermoor will be unable to vote in the forthcoming planning decision on the 2,350 homes planned for Chesterton Farm.
This is an outrageous snub to half the population of Cirencester who will be seriously affected by this planning application.
Our councillors will be unable to vote, in contrast to others living miles away where few if any new homes are allocated in their wards.
