I visited the fifth biggest employer in the world yesterday and the service I received was outstanding.
Within the calm silence of the waiting area, (we Brits don’t talk do we?), you could hear the rhythm of the staff at work.
The regular “Right Eye” made me think of the song from Watership Down.
The frequent checks on me, the H&S checks we attribute to the EU.
The teamwork from the cosmopolitan staff was exemplary.
Care and concern with quiet efficiency.
So good the cataract op seemed almost incidental.
The ‘eye-ball’ team at Cheltenham General are splendid.
That I can see clearly now.
