THIS is the very first time I have ever been so angered as to respond to any form of reporting, be it newspaper, tv or radio.
Yet I feel forced to put pen to paper to explain to all the people who keep saying that we who voted to leave the EU either ‘didn’t understand’ or are ‘just stupid’.
I may not be very well educated but I am not stupid.
I voted to leave mostly because I want our sovereignty back.
If Theresa May says it is not possible to remain in the single market and to leave the EU, then we leave the single market.
As a response to Mr Nelson, Letters January 26, who is far more eloquent than myself, I respectfully suggest he accepts we voted last June to leave the EU.
Get used to it.
