READER'S LETTER: No to houses
WHILE it is unfortunate that Lord Bathurst has been ill, and we would not wish that upon anyone, can we please put an end to this unceasing public relations exercise regarding the Bathurst family?
Am I alone in thinking that the constant featuring of Lord and Lady Bathurst is just an elaborate exercise to make us think better of them while their unconscionable ‘legacy’ weasels its way through due process?
It doesn’t matter how many stories are put out, the people of Cirencester do not want your 2,350 houses.
