READER'S LETTER: Design defect
HAVING been, last Friday, yet another victim of the infernal shallow kerbs in the town’s ‘revamp’, I wish to express my grateful thanks to two ladies who very kindly assisted me in getting up and ensuring that I was not badly hurt.
When is the council going to address this design defect and visually define more clearly the kerb line?
It won’t be long before someone trips off the kerb and in to the path of an oncoming vehicle.
