DAVID Cameron promised that his government would be the greenest ever, but failed to deliver.
Theresa May has made no such commitment.

Many of the laws protecting our beautiful countryside and wildlife derive from European law.
Now, as the UK continues down the road to Brexit, we have to ensure that environmental protection is not lost among the 100s of other issues that people are anxious about.
In the coming months we must continue to demand that the new Government comes clean to make sure that environmental protection and a sustainable green economy takes centre stage.
