I WAS shocked to read in last week’s Standard that National Express are considering removing the Cirencester stop from their service to London.
I must be one of very many passengers who use this excellent service and would not think of travelling to Cheltenham or Swindon to pick up a coach.
Would a simple solution be to restrict parking to use by disabled drivers and unloading goods vehicles to just one side of Dyer Street?
This would make much more space for coaches and all other essential traffic.
The local buses are equally important.
I am sure I am not alone in hoping the council will find a speedy and positive solution.
