READER'S LETTER: Blue badge
DEAR Mr Andrew Tubb (Cirencester Town Council chief executive), I am the lady featured in the article about disabled parking in last week’s (May 12) Standard.
Your answer to the issue, ie ‘there will be parking provision on both sides of the Market Place and in Castle Street; discussions are ongoing with Gloucestershire County Council’ does not address the issue of disabled parking and the provision of areas to use a Blue Badge.
In fact, you ducked the issue and talked about parking in general.
Could you please be more specific?
