JUST to say how much we enjoyed our visit to Dorchester, with so many busy, vibrant, interesting and quirky shops and cafes, as well as the usual chain store shops.
The market stalls were a joy to behold and yes we spent much, much more than we would normally spend.
Judging by how busy it was, all day long, so did many other people.
Dorchester has certainly moved with the times, and I am wondering what it was that gave this ancient Roman Town its ‘wow factor’.
By the way, parking was cheap, readily available, signposted and so central and well used.
It even has a coach and motor home park less than 50 metres from one of the roads you would shop on, leading into the main centre area.
