IN 2015 prime minister David Cameron promised that in 2016 he would introduce an English income tax to address the economic imbalance that is experienced here in England by English taxpayers who have subsidised the Welsh, Scots and the Europeans for far too long.

English voters have been paying too much taxation for too long under Labour and Conservative governments and have been treated with contempt by those who receive their salaries paid for by the hard-work of the English.

The English income tax should be set at 10 percent for all earnings starting at £15,500 and ending at £65,501.
