Are the new houses for local people?
BEFORE 2,350 houses go up, are they for local people who work for daily wage in Cirencester only?
We also need first a 24-hour hospital which runs the same way as Cheltenham and Gloucester, our 24-hour police station, local police patrols on foot, our 24-hour fire station service in Cirencester, a larger primary school and secondary like Deer Park, etc, Cirencester County Court and multi-storey car parks.
Tell Lord Bathurst to think as we need this lot first before houses.
