TURNING the clocks back on October 25 marks the end of British summer time and this is also a time for dog owners to take extra care.
It’s a time to be safe and be seen.
Losing an hour of daylight disrupts the pattern of life so we have to either plan earlier walks while it is still light, or both you and your dog should wear reflective clothing – coats, collars and harnesses.
And take extra care about letting your dog off the leash as it gets darker.
Can you really keep it under control?
