COULDN'T agree with the news article more!
I went in to this store on Weds about 5pm just to get my daughter some nurofen and some sun cream.
The queues were terrible but what made the whole situation worse is that there seemed to be no member of Boots staff recognising and responding to the customers who were all agitated.
I was in the store 10 minutes before deciding to leave and go to Londis.
A smile an apology for having to wait a separate member of staff to serve non prescription items is all that would be needed to fix it!
