YES I agree customer service has become terrible with the pharmacy.

I have the same medication every month. Now there seems to be something missing each month.

I order via the surgery, the prescription then goes to Boots. Even leaving the prescription there for a week I went to collect to be told some medication was owed.

Surely it should be ordered as they prepare the order and not when I go to pick it up.

Having spoke to them about this suggesting they should stock the medicine as I get it every month. They said they would. Well again last week that medication missing.

I have been in to collect medicines when the prescription has been there for days and they didn't prepare it till I went in. An low and behold some medicine not available! Very frustrating. Sometimes left without medication at all if not ordered 2-3 weeks ahead of time also do now.
