I LIVE in School Lane, South Cerney, and understand that my property, along with some other properties in the same road, is no longer classed as being in South Cerney village but instead in the Siddington & Cerney Rural Ward?
It seems ludicrous that South Cerney should be divided into two separate wards.
How can the outcome of the imminent district council elections be a fair and true representation of South Cerney as a whole, with this part of the village, and some of School Lane, having a choice from only two candidates and the other part of the village, including the rest of a School Lane, choosing from three different candidates?
It would seem the eight properties in Bow Wow Lane are similarly split into two wards!
