WHY is it that Cirencester does not celebrate spring like so many of its near neighbours?
Tetbury, Malmesbury and Cricklade to name a few put on a show each year of the best floral displays their residents can put together and line the streets with hanging baskets.
Cirencester, a town of particular character and beauty, would be much enhanced as the sun begins to shine, by the addition of a few blooms. I hope that this will be taken under consideration and discussed by the town council, if it has not already graced their agenda.
