Roads in India in better shape
I HOPE North Wiltshire Council has made a late New Year’s resolution to improve the dreadful surface of the main road through Luckington.
Last year, my wife and I spent time driving on the roads in parts of remote rural India, and I can honestly say that the B4040 is worse than many of them.
