AS 2015 gets under way, The Churn Project would like to take this opportunity to thank the people of Cirencester, individuals, organisations and businesses, for their brilliant support in 2014. Through their generosity, we have been able to move to new premises and to expand our services for older people, families and those who are unemployed in the town and surrounding areas.

In 2015, we will continue to rely on a combination of trust funding and the kindness of different kinds of donors, so if you are still reviewing ways to make a difference this year, why not take on a challenge in support of The Churn Project? You could organise a fundraising event or focus your fitness New Year’s resolution on a physical challenge such as a 10k run or a long-distance walk and raise sponsorship. Or, you could resolve to give up some of your time and volunteer. We always need volunteers for our Good Neighbours Scheme and there are many other ways in which volunteers could help.

To find out more visit the website: www.churnproject.org.uk , come along to our open morning at 14-16 The Waterloo on February 17, or call 01285 380038.

The Churn Project is just one of the things that makes Cirencester a special town, but it is one that residents should feel proud of.
