KEMBLE Air Services having been criticised at Gloucester Coroners Court and found guilty of breach of Health and Safety regulations at Gloucester Crown Court concerning the accident at Cotswold Airport on April 8, 2011.
I am amazed that Cotswold MP Geoffrey Clifton-Brown has endorsed KAS’s request for the Parliamentary Ombudsman to investigate the case brought against them by Health and Safety Executive.
In the meantime, Steven’s son and partner are still awaiting realistic compensation after nearly three-and-a-half years.
