I AM a regular user of Waterland and I do feel that both Waterland and Keynes Country Park are heavily used, particularly in the summer. This means traffic, cyclists, pedestrians, children and dogs are all out and about entering and exiting the sites. Drivers need to exercise caution when driving through that section and there is no way that travelling at 60mph would allow you to do this and be able to avoid any of those hazards. It won’t be long before there is another accident as the road is narrow and visibility not great.
It is more like a built up area and 30mph is far more appropriate.
