Clear the river
I NOTICE that the section of the river Churn between Thomas Street and the Texaco Garage on Abbey Way is now almost stagnant.
This is no doubt due to the huge build up of vegetation at the Thomas Street end.
What plans are there for dredging/clearing this attractive little waterway and thereby encouraging fish and other wildlife to multiply?
