Swim gala goes swimmingly for Sapperton school

THE annual Small Schools Swimming Gala at Cotswold Leisure Centre in Cirencester went swimmingly for Sapperton Primary School.
A team of seven pupils competed against other schoolchildren in the area, with Sapperton pupils entered in a total of eight events.
Of these Sapperton was placed in seven finals winning five of them.
Sapperton was the most successful school in the gala and the children all received certificates of merit.
