Horsewatch tack marking service raises cash for air ambulance

A FREE tack security marking service for horse owners has raised more than £750 for Wiltshire Air Ambulance.

Officers from Wiltshire Police’s rural crime team, who organise marking sessions under the Horsewatch scheme, were given the money in donations.

PCSO John Bordiss, said: “It is superb to see so many new people signing up to the scheme and getting involved, and we are extremely grateful to our members and the rest of the community for their generous donations to the Air Ambulance.”

Horsewatch alerts horse owners to suspicious activity and crime in their area using email and texts.
