Local rail infrastructure contractor, QTS Group, has stepped up to sponsor the Tetbury Town under 8’s football team.

QTS, who has been an employer within the South of England for around a decade, is currently located on Crudwell Road in Malmesbury.

The sponsorship for the 23/24 and 24/25 football season, will provide much-needed kits for the team as they move into competitive play for the first time.

Gary Burnett, Operations Director for QTS Group said: “QTS is a proud supporter of young people in sport, so when we were approached by Tetbury Town, we were happy to get involved.

"As our business grows within the local area, it’s important for us to give back into the community and this seemed like the ideal way to do it.

“Our team have shown a great enthusiasm for the club, and we look forward to supporting the under 8’s as they progress through the season.”

Craig O’Keeffe, one of the under 8 coach’s said: “The orange of our strips sits perfectly with the QTS logo, so it seems like a match made in heaven!

"It’s really fantastic to get such a successful local company on board. Our under 8 team is excited to be playing competitively now and hopefully QTS will be a lucky charm for us!”

QTS has previously sponsored Scottish Premier League side, Kilmarnock FC and Derby County FC. They currently sponsor junior Scottish team Darvel FC as well as a number of local football clubs across the UK.
