Dozens of Gloucestershire schools remain closed for a second day
DOZENS of schools in Gloucestershire are to remain closed for a second day as a result of the freezing conditions.
A number of schools will also open later than usual to allow staff and pupils extra time to get in.
Most of the closed schools are in either the Forest of Dean or Cotswold areas of the county where the effects of the winter weather have been more severe.
All of South Gloucestershire's schools will be open as usual today.
