Motorist arrested for 'failing to provide a specimen' in Oaksey is charged
A MOTORIST has been charged after failing to provide a specimen for police.
Police officers were called to the scene of a crash on January 2 in Oaksey and the driver in question refused to complete a breath test.
He was arrested, taken to a police station and subsequently charged.
