POLICE in Wiltshire started a large-scale county-wide phone survey this week, to learn more about how they can help residents.
Around 2,000 households will be receiving a call from Wiltshire Police in the coming months.
The survey is being undertaken by Wiltshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner, Angus Macpherson.
He said it is “important” for him to hear what residents think of the service the force provide.
“I always welcome contact from the public through my website, email or on social media but the survey is a good opportunity to gather the opinions of a large number of people across the county,” he said.
The research is being conducted by a company called Information by Design and the questions should take about 15 minutes to answer.
If anyone receives a call and has any concerns about the validity of the caller, they are urged to call Wiltshire Police on 101.
The calls will be completed by 19 December.
