A LORRY got stuck under the King’s Way bridge in Corston this morning – again.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “Wiltshire Police received a call shortly before 7.30am to a report of a lorry stuck under the Kingway bridge on the A429 at Corston.
“Officers attended to assist with traffic issues because the road was partially blocked.
“Network Rail also attended to check the structure of the bridge and reported that it had not been damaged.
“The vehicle was removed and the road completely clear by 8.50am.
“The driver of the HGV, a 37-year-old man from Leicester, was issued with a fixed penalty notice for driving an oversized vehicle under a restricted height bridge.”
