The Malmesbury Concert Band
ONE of Malmesbury’s musical treasures will be putting on a performance in the town centre next week.
The Malmesbury Concert Band (MCB) will be playing their eclectic mix of classical, popular and original music in the Market Cross on Saturday (24), from 10.30am-noon.
Band manager, Art Robb, said: “This will provide an opportunity for the band to play, and the public to hear, some of the music we are planning for the extravaganza.”
The event is to promote the band’s main event of the year, the Musical Extravaganza, which will take place on Saturday, October, 29, in the Assembly Room, Malmesbury Town Hall.
