THE 49-year-old man who was arrested after a gun was fired at a school prom after-party, has been given a caution by police.
The man was arrested on suspicion of a firearms offence, assault and a public order offence after a gun was discharged at a party held at a farm in Cherington, attended by Malmesbury School pupils, on July 1.
Officers suspended his license and seized his certificate and all of his firearms following the incident.
