POLICE are urging residents who store heating oil at their property to remain vigilant, after a tank was drained in Oaksey recently.
It is believed the heating oil was drained and stolen from a tank in a garden in Minety Lane sometime on Tuesday, August 16, while the owners were out for the day.
A police spokesperson said: “If you saw anything suspicious or have any information about this crime then please call 101 and quote reference 54160075095.
“If you store heating oil at your property then please remain vigilant.”
