ATHELSTAN House is celebrating National Care Home Open Day in 1940s style this week – and the community is invited to take part.
The Malmesbury care home is arranging a 1940s-themed street party on Friday (17) complete with staff in fancy dress from the period and party food for all guests, including corned beef sandwiches and ginger beer.
The festivities start at 2pm.
