POLICE in Wiltshire are working in partnership with Wiltshire Council Environmental services, regarding a matter of illegal dumping of waste material in the rural area.
An asbestos water tank containing waste was found in Milbourne Wood, Somerford Common in Brinkworth last week.
The police are appealing to any members of the community who may have had a flyer delivered at their address, describing waste clearing services being offered by a company calling themselves “Speedy Gone Garbage”.
If anyone has any information that may assist the investigation they are urged to contact Wiltshire Police on 101 and quote niche number 54160039301.
