A CONSULTATION is underway to help shape services for those with special educational needs and disabilities in Wiltshire.

Wiltshire Council is consulting on a new strategy which sets out the vision and key priorities for the provision of services and support for 0-25 year olds with special needs.

In order to support the strategy and make sure that services are right for young people, their parents and carers, the council is seeking the views of youngsters directly.

A survey is now available for children and young people to complete online at surveymonkey.co.uk/r/wiltswhatmatters

Hard copies can be made available upon request by emailing judy.edwards@wiltshire.gov.uk or calling 01225 713712.

The council have that young people can be given help to complete the survey however, wherever possible, it should be in their own words.

The survey closes on May 31, and the results will be made available soon after in a report, as well as incorporated into future service development.
