TRIBUTES have flooded in to a motorcyclist who lost his life in a crash near Wroughton yesterday.

Simon Brinkley, 29, died after his motorbike and a van collided at around 2.20pm in Wharf Road, Wroughton. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Known as ‘Bruce Lee Junior’ to his family and friends, he was a loving father to five young children.

He was into his martial arts and had been training with the Red Dragon Club in Malmesbury, where he had recently won his blue belt.

Simon’s family said: "He has left a huge hole in our lives but his memory will live on through his children and family.

“We are extremely grateful for the support we have received from all of our and Simon’s friends.

“Simon was well liked by many and this has been shown with the tributes we have read so far.”
